Partner Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Partner Program Manager to drive the design and execution of System Integrator partner programs across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of scalable SI partner program priorities across the Americas region
• Drive execution of partner-led go-to-market strategies for product and solution offerings
• Identify and close gaps in SI and partner coverage to support growth objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
• 6-8+ years of experience in partner programs, channel management, or business development
• Experience working with System Integrators and Distributors, including co-sell and GTM execution
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, software, or edge technologies
• Demonstrated ability to operate with ownership and autonomy while influencing cross-functional teams
