Job Summary
Partner Program Manager, responsible for managing the implementation and execution of partner program initiatives in a full-time remote role, focusing on partner acquisition, relationship management, and program effectiveness to support revenue growth and enhance partner profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a global partner program to drive sales through partner acquisition and onboarding
- Establish and maintain partner relationships while overseeing joint go-to-market programs and reseller benefits
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement process improvements for scalability and partner success
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in partner programs within B2B SaaS companies
- Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data management, and APIs
- Strong understanding of partner operations and sales strategies
- Experience with partner onboarding and enablement processes
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage relationships remotely
