Partner Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive engagement and revenue growth across service-oriented partners, the remote Partner Program Manager will design, implement, and optimize global partner programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging AI-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of the Service Track program for consulting and managed services partners globally
• Define the partner journey and lifecycle phases, integrating AI capabilities for enhanced performance
• Build scalable global programs across the partner lifecycle, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner programs, channel strategy, or ecosystem management within technology or SaaS organizations
• Experience building partner programs for Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers, or Cloud Service Providers
• Experience applying AI tools or automation to enhance partner engagement and operations
• Proven ability to design and implement incentive frameworks aligned with business goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
