Partner Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day execution of partner programs and operations, the full-time remote Partner Program Manager will manage partner onboarding, enablement, and content activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute partner programs and operational workflows as established by the Partner Program Director
• Coordinate onboarding for new partners, ensuring timely completion of necessary documentation and access
• Maintain and manage partner-related content to support revenue-facing use cases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

Required qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in partner programs, partner operations, or related roles within a B2B technology company
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience in supporting enablement and onboarding programs for partners or revenue-facing teams
• Strong project and program management skills with a proven track record of driving work from intake through completion
• Proficient in working with data, reporting, and documentation to maintain program accuracy
