Partner Program Operations Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytically minded, the full-time Senior Partner Program Operations Manager will manage the operational aspects of the partner program, including tracking metrics, building dashboards, and ensuring compliance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own tracking, reporting, and analysis of channel program metrics and OKRs to provide visibility into program health
• Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights across partner engagement and program performance
• Manage partner access to the partner portal, including onboarding, permissions, and support ticket resolution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program operations, partner operations, or channel operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience administering partner portals, CRM systems, or partner relationship management platforms
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and experience managing course content
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau
