Job Summary
To support the Partner Recruiting team, the full-time remote Partner Recruiting Assistant will manage candidate submissions, coordinate interview logistics, and assist with onboarding processes while maintaining accurate records in the recruiting database.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming lateral candidate submissions and maintain accurate records in the recruiting database
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for candidate interviews and travel arrangements
- Prepare interview evaluation packets and solicit feedback from attorneys on candidate evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One or more years of administrative, coordination, or recruiting-support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
