Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Partner Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead firmwide lateral partner and group recruiting efforts aligned with strategic growth objectives
- Manage the full lifecycle of complex partner recruiting processes from outreach through onboarding
- Prepare data analyses and reports on recruiting activity and market trends to inform hiring strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or professional services background is a plus
- 5+ years of law firm or professional services recruiting experience, particularly with lateral partner hiring
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder hiring processes
- Strong knowledge of recruiting and sourcing technology
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
