Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Partner Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead firmwide lateral partner and group recruiting efforts aligned with strategic growth objectives
  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex partner recruiting processes from outreach through onboarding
  • Prepare data analyses and reports on recruiting activity and market trends to inform hiring strategy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD or professional services background is a plus
  • 5+ years of law firm or professional services recruiting experience, particularly with lateral partner hiring
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder hiring processes
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and sourcing technology
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
