Partner Referral Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Referral Specialist responsible for generating referrals to plan advisors through outbound calling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high volume outbound calls to terminated participants for initial outreach and follow-ups
• Schedule qualified appointments and generate referrals using Empower's conversation model
• Provide specialized support for specific plans and respond to operational inquiries from participants

Required Qualifications

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently
• Experience managing multiple priorities and handling stressful situations
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and file manipulation skills
• Associate degree preferred, but not required
• Previous financial experience or investment product service knowledge preferred
