Partner Relations Coordinator

Job Summary

To build and strengthen referral source relationships within the community, the remote Partner Relations Coordinator will focus on developing the market, enhancing census and quality mix, and providing information and assistance to prospective residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations to generate referrals
• Collaborate with acute care and other referral sources to grow census and improve quality mix
• Provide prospective residents and responsible parties with relevant information and support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, health care, or a related business field preferred
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in the health care sector
• Proven success in developing referrals from health care target markets
• Excellent knowledge and experience in partner relations
• Professional image and strong interpersonal skills
