Job Summary
To support the Center for Patient and Professional Advocacy, the full-time Partner Relationship Manager will manage and nurture relationships with national healthcare organizations, ensuring successful execution of the Coworker Observation Reporting System (CORS) program while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders at partner healthcare organizations, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and issues
- Lead and manage cross-functional programs, creating detailed plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables
- Collaborate with partners to develop strategies for CORS program implementation and prepare regular reports on partner activities and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple partner sites
- Experience in relationship management within healthcare settings
- Proven ability to analyze partner performance and identify growth opportunities
