Partner Relationship Manager

Job Summary

To support the Center for Patient and Professional Advocacy, the full-time Partner Relationship Manager will manage and nurture relationships with national healthcare organizations, ensuring successful execution of the Coworker Observation Reporting System (CORS) program while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders at partner healthcare organizations, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and issues
• Lead and manage cross-functional programs, creating detailed plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables
• Collaborate with partners to develop strategies for CORS program implementation and prepare regular reports on partner activities and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple partner sites
• Experience in relationship management within healthcare settings
• Proven ability to analyze partner performance and identify growth opportunities
