Job Summary
Building and launching a partner reseller program from the ground up, the full-time remote Partner Reseller Manager will manage relationships with key partners, create enablement resources, and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch the partner reseller program, including deal registration and incentive structures
- Own end-to-end relationships with partners, facilitating onboarding and driving revenue
- Develop training materials and resources to enable partner sales teams to effectively sell Spacelift
Required qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in partner management or channel sales at a B2B software company
- Direct experience with national solution providers like Ahead or Presidio
- Proven track record of building programs from scratch
- Technical fluency to understand Spacelift's offerings and their relevance to platform engineering
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and product teams
