Job Summary
Leading strategic partner sales initiatives, the full-time Partner Sales Associate Director will manage high-value relationships, execute joint sales plays, and drive co-marketing efforts to enhance revenue growth and market penetration.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic joint sales campaigns with top-tier partners to create new revenue streams
- Manage partner pipeline forecasting and provide performance data for strategic decision-making
- Lead partner enablement and training programs to enhance the capabilities of the partner ecosystem
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or business development
- Strong relationship management and go-to-market strategy skills
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and manage programs
- Executive presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
