Job Summary
Leading a complex regional business, the full-time Partner Sales Director will be accountable for revenue growth and market share across strategic partnerships in the Americas, while driving the adoption of AI-powered Windows solutions and managing cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business ownership with accountability for revenue, market share, and performance across strategic partnerships
- Engage and influence senior leaders at key partner organizations, shaping strategy and joint outcomes
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams across product, marketing, finance, and field to ensure aligned execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field AND 8+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development in the technology industry
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience developing and maintaining deep executive-level partner relationships
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading strategic decision-making
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
