Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Sales Enablement Manager to empower channel partner sales teams through strategic enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee execution of global sales and channel enablement programs, including training and content delivery
  • Track and report on success metrics and KPIs to demonstrate the impact of enablement initiatives
  • Manage the lifecycle of sales playbook development in collaboration with sales teams and product development
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or partner enablement within the software or technology industry
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering enablement programs for sales and channel teams
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
