Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Sales Enablement Manager to empower channel partner sales teams through strategic enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of global sales and channel enablement programs, including design, training, and content delivery
- Track and report on key success metrics to demonstrate ROI and impact of enablement initiatives
- Manage the lifecycle of sales playbook development in collaboration with sales teams and operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in sales or partner enablement within the software or technology industry
- Proven experience designing and delivering enablement programs for sales and channel teams
- Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
