Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, the full-time Leader Partner Sales, Digital Europe will define and execute the regional partner sales strategy across Europe while managing key alliances and optimizing partner performance.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the partner sales and alliance strategy aligned with regional commercial objectives
- Own and grow revenue generated through external partners, including channel partners and strategic alliances
- Identify, onboard, and develop key strategic partners to enhance market penetration and solution offerings
Required qualifications
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in partner sales or alliances, preferably within SaaS or technology environments
- Proven accountability for commercial outcomes delivered through partners across multiple markets
- Experience leading complex organizations and cross-functional initiatives
