Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Sales Manager (LATAM) to drive revenue growth and expand their presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage individual sales quota and develop account plans with partners
- Recruit and manage strategic channel partners while cultivating executive-level relationships
- Localize go-to-market strategies and execute joint marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of enterprise or cloud sales experience, with 4+ years in partner-led or channel sales roles
- Proven track record of quota-carrying sales through cloud marketplaces and distributors
- Strong relationships with hyperscaler organizations and partner teams
- Experience in selling data infrastructure, databases, or cloud-native technologies
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
