Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Sales Manager (LATAM) to drive revenue growth and expand their presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage individual sales quota and develop account plans with partners
  • Recruit and manage strategic channel partners while cultivating executive-level relationships
  • Localize go-to-market strategies and execute joint marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of enterprise or cloud sales experience, with 4+ years in partner-led or channel sales roles
  • Proven track record of quota-carrying sales through cloud marketplaces and distributors
  • Strong relationships with hyperscaler organizations and partner teams
  • Experience in selling data infrastructure, databases, or cloud-native technologies
  • Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
