Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Sales Manager - North America (Microsoft Partnership).

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and promote Rackspace-Microsoft solutions and drive co-selling opportunities across the region
  • Conduct account planning and strategy workshops with joint sales teams to maximize pipeline and accelerate deals
  • Collaborate on regional campaigns and ensure alignment with Microsoft counterparts to track performance and achieve objectives
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or regional equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a related field
  • 5 - 11 years of experience in a relevant field required
  • Experience with partner incentives and co-sell programs is preferred
  • Ability to maintain strong executive alignment and lead business reviews
