Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to lead and scale partner-driven revenue initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and exceed partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing partners while delivering training and enablement resources
- Collaborate with partners to generate qualified pipeline and support deal cycles
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, or alliances in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partners
- Experience working within or alongside the Atlassian ecosystem
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing pipeline and forecasting
