Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through co-sell and reseller motions with strategic partners, building relationships across sales and leadership teams
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies focused on AI-powered solutions for financial institutions
- Serve as the primary liaison for partnership activation, sales enablement, and collaboration with internal sales teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partner sales, with 2+ years in a similar distribution network
- Proven track record of generating revenue through partner channels and meeting quota targets
- Deep understanding of the credit union and community banking ecosystem
- Experience in building and nurturing partner relationships with measurable revenue results
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partner agreements and go-to-market alignment
