Job Summary
Supporting the Annual Planning process, the full-time Partner Sales Operations Manager will develop strategic frameworks, provide performance reporting, and create financial models while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a strategic framework in partnership with the Partner Program Manager and VP of Global Partner Ecosystem
- Create dynamic financial models to support decision-making and analyze performance trends across the partner ecosystem
- Manage data hygiene on all Partner data in Salesforce and oversee the handover process from the Ecosystem team to the Sales team
Required qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant Sales Operations experience; 8+ years preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and expert-level Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
