Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Services Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in reviewing complex participant inquiries and suggest process improvements
  • Create and maintain metrics and dashboards for visibility and process improvement identification
  • Resolve cases related to eligibility, contributions, claims, overpayments, and general account maintenance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college work preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer service, account management, operations, or project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, specifically vlookup and pivot tables
  • Experience with Salesforce and client-facing roles preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required
