Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Services Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing complex participant inquiries and suggest process improvements
- Create and maintain metrics and dashboards for visibility and process improvement identification
- Resolve cases related to eligibility, contributions, claims, overpayments, and general account maintenance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college work preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in customer service, account management, operations, or project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, specifically vlookup and pivot tables
- Experience with Salesforce and client-facing roles preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required
