Job Summary

To lead and grow a high-profile partnership with a major philanthropic organization, the full-time remote Partner Services Manager will manage relationships between partner stakeholders and internal creative teams, overseeing a diverse range of initiatives from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead across partner stakeholders and internal teams throughout the full campaign lifecycle
  • Drive cross-functional alignment while managing trade-offs, competing demands, and shifting priorities
  • Create and manage dynamic project timelines, ensuring clear visibility into deliverables and critical updates
Required qualifications
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in project management and/or account management roles
  • Strong understanding of video production, publishing, and digital content workflows
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to structuring complex projects
