Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Services Manager - Junior to Mid Level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for Americas-based channel partners
  • Own partner operational health, data accuracy, and performance visibility across internal platforms
  • Lead partner onboarding, access provisioning, and ongoing enablement activities
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in partner services, channel management, or technical account management
  • Strong understanding of channel-led models where partners deliver implementation and support services
  • Background in technical services or customer-facing technical roles
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Tableau, and CRM/reporting tools
  • Previous Americas partner experience strongly preferred
