Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Services Manager - Junior to Mid Level.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior point of contact for Americas-based channel partners
- Own partner operational health, data accuracy, and performance visibility across internal platforms
- Lead partner onboarding, access provisioning, and ongoing enablement activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in partner services, channel management, or technical account management
- Strong understanding of channel-led models where partners deliver implementation and support services
- Background in technical services or customer-facing technical roles
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Tableau, and CRM/reporting tools
- Previous Americas partner experience strongly preferred
