Partner Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Services Manager to shape and scale its partner ecosystem during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution and delivery of partner services strategy through key partner relationships and enablement initiatives
• Act as the day-to-day owner for assigned partners, maintaining strong relationships focused on delivery quality and operational excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner opportunities are ready for delivery and manage partner delivery escalations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience with AuditBoard
• Experience working with partners, including training and escalations
• Trained in multiple modules and willingness to learn additional modules
• Strong technical fluency in AuditBoard modules and implementation methodologies
• Interest in developing leadership and management capabilities
