Partner Services Manager

Job Summary

To support a high-profile partnership with a major philanthropic organization, the full-time remote Partner Services Manager will manage relationships between partner stakeholders and internal teams, overseeing a variety of content initiatives from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for partner stakeholders and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Drive cross-functional alignment across editorial, production, and publishing teams while managing trade-offs and shifting priorities
• Create and manage dynamic project timelines, ensuring clear visibility into deliverables and updates for effective execution

Required qualifications:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in project management and/or account management roles
• Strong understanding of video production, publishing, and digital content workflows
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
