Partner Solution Architect

Job Summary

Educating Global Systems Integrators on digital transformation strategies, the full-time remote Partner Solution Architect will demonstrate Zscaler use cases, develop solution offers, and serve as a technical advocate across teams to drive mutual success.

Key responsibilities

• Educate partners on Zscaler's approach to network-centric application access through workshops and proof of value efforts
• Collaborate with partners to develop solution offers and assist in onboarding and supporting new customers
• Act as a technical advocate within Zscaler, working with sales, engineering, and product management to facilitate partner success

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of technical pre-sales experience, including 5+ years with Global Systems Integrators
• Proven expertise in networking, cloud security, authentication, and SaaS solutions, with relevant certifications preferred
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience collaborating on large SaaS solution opportunities and engaging with executive stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize cross-functional initiatives for strategic impact
