Partner Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Solution Engineer for the Zoom Virtual Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical enablement for Zoom Virtual Agent within the partner community
• Create and maintain partner-facing technical content, including solution guides and deployment best practices
• Act as a subject-matter expert and guide partners on AI usage and integration within customer experience workflows

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or AI consulting for SaaS/AI products
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and their application in business workflows
• Working knowledge of RESTful API integration principles
• Experience in supporting technology partners through technical documentation and solution guides
• Hands-on experience implementing generative AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI or Azure OpenAI
