Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect (LATAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align technical teams
- Advocate for partners' technical concerns and collaborate on initiatives to enhance service offerings
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner-facing technical role
- Hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations
- Experience with observability tools and public cloud platforms
- Familiarity with containerization, configuration management, and CI/CD tools
- Previous experience supporting channel partners is a plus
