Partner Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing channel team, the full-time remote Partner Solutions Architect will conduct training for partners, develop customer solutions, and create content to enhance partner engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct training and technical enablement activities for partners
• Collaborate with partners to build customer solutions for networking and security needs
• Develop content such as slides, videos, and PDFs for partner consumption

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in a solutions architect or similar technical role with partner-facing experience
• Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies; cloud skills in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP preferred
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
• Demonstrated experience in collaboration and relationship-building with partners and internal teams
