Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to support channel partners in delivering AI-first customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a pre-sales technical advisor to channel partners focused on customer experience and contact solutions
• Leading technical onboarding and enablement for partners expanding Zoom Customer Experience capabilities
• Collaborating with partners to build and execute technical plans that enhance solution readiness and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in solution engineering, sales engineering, or partner engineering within CX or cloud contact center environments
• Expertise in modern CX technologies, including contact center solutions and conversational AI
• Experience in building and executing partner technical enablement or growth plans
• Understanding of AI-driven trends in the CX and CCaaS market
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus
