Partner Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to drive growth by assisting customers and partners with high-value integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners, guiding them through API usage and integrations
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design, implement, and monitor integrations for maximum value
• Track partner and user success metrics, identify friction points, and implement solutions to enhance adoption and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, preferably as a Solutions Engineer or Partner Engineer
• Strong proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and integration best practices; experience with SaaS platforms is a plus
• Ability to work closely with partners and internal teams to deliver actionable solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to balance multiple priorities
