Partner Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Building technical credibility with partners, the full-time remote Partner Solutions Engineer will drive integration conversations, support strategic partnerships, and manage cross-functional execution to scale the partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Business Development to evaluate how Drata fits into partners' technical infrastructures
• Own partner enablement initiatives, including technical trainings and certification content
• Project manage cross-functional workstreams to advance partnerships from evaluation to launch

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role within SaaS or security
• Proven experience supporting technical partnerships and delivering demos or presentations to diverse audiences
• Strong technical foundation, including familiarity with software development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to build credible relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously
