Partner Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of distributed energy partners, the full-time Partner Solutions Manager will ensure the health of EnergyHub's partner ecosystem while coordinating with various internal teams and identifying new partnership opportunities in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and relationships with DER partners, addressing technical and operational issues as they arise
• Utilize project management software to manage partner-related work streams and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Identify and onboard new partners, including negotiating contracts and facilitating technical integration

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and four to six years of experience in project management, consulting, or partnerships
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both business and technical personnel
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Exceptional analytical skills for identifying trends and insights from data
• Experience in negotiating contracts and pricing terms with technology partners
