Job Summary
Identifying and closing partnerships, the full-time remote Partner Specialist will manage a pipeline of prospective partners while utilizing consultative selling skills to promote HubSpot's software and Partner Program.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective partners through inbound and outbound strategies
- Dissect partner business goals and help them develop plans to become consistent, high-impact resellers
- Close new business opportunities by identifying partners willing to invest in leveraging HubSpot's software and training
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of direct sales experience in a quota-driven role
- Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
- Consistently recognized as a top performer in previous roles
- Strong desire and commitment to succeed in sales
- Ability to approach challenges with a customer-first mindset
