Job Summary
Identifying and closing partnerships, the full-time remote Partner Specialist will manage a pipeline of prospective partners through both inbound and outbound strategies while articulating the value of HubSpot's software and the Partner Program.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective partners through inbound and outbound strategies
- Dissect partner business goals and assist in developing plans for achieving consistent, high-impact reselling
- Close new business by identifying partners willing to leverage HubSpot's software and training for lead sourcing and business growth
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of direct sales experience in a quota-driven role
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Consistent recognition as a top performer in previous roles
- Desire and commitment to achieve success in sales
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on continuous growth and improvement
