Partner Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Strategy Lead to drive partner student success outcomes and ensure partner retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Own strategic-level partner relationships and develop multi-year success plans with partner institutions
• Lead a portfolio of initiatives, defining scope and success metrics while maintaining oversight of execution
• Establish partner retention goals and identify opportunities for upsell and expansion based on strategic plan execution

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in education technology
• 3-6 years in management consulting, strategy, or engagement management at a technology firm
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or experience in higher education is a plus
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex relationships
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload of 25 partners
