Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive understanding and documentation of Federal Partner's grants management business
Assisting in system troubleshooting and problem-solving for Federal Partners
Conducting user acceptance testing and coordinating meetings

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 1 year of customer-facing experience or equivalent
Proficiency in MS products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience with Salesforce, Visio, technical troubleshooting, and requirements gathering/UAT is preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
