Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Partner Success Associate will manage client relationships, ensure successful onboarding, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience in customer success or account management roles
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
