Job Summary
Driving measurable business growth, the full-time remote Partner Success Consultant will develop growth strategies, lead executive business reviews, and serve as the primary strategic contact for partners within the HTS Commerce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel products
- Lead executive business reviews, translating partner goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Identify performance gaps using platform data and design initiatives to improve partner success
Required qualifications
- Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, or partner success roles within technology, travel, or e-commerce
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior and C-level leadership
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills for high-stakes conversations
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS is a strong asset
