Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SMB partner needs post sale as the product and healthcare expert
  • Build expert authority and trust in communications with partners through a consultative and results oriented approach with our product solutions
  • Maintain the SMB partner segment to meet and/or exceed company and individual goals
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a SaaS based technical account success consultant or project manager (bonus points if in the healthcare space)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering product solutions to customers
  • Ability to manage evolving priorities and thrive in high-growth environments
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to meet deadlines and maintain communication in remote work relationships
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive, engaging environment for all team members
