Job Summary
Owning the relationship with health system partners, the full-time remote Partner Success Director will build and maintain strong connections, provide strategic guidance, and ensure partner satisfaction while driving revenue growth and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive, operational, and technical relationships with health system partners
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and best practices to align Abridge's capabilities with partner priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive partner growth and ensure a seamless experience for clinicians and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in management consulting, enterprise SaaS, or health system innovation
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and the challenges faced by large health enterprises
- Technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex software solutions effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clinicians and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
