Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner CS Enablement Manager to design and implement learning programs for the Partner Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the enablement framework for Partner Success and partner-facing customer success motions
  • Create structured onboarding and continuous learning programs for Partner Success Managers and partner-led teams
  • Measure and optimize enablement impact through performance data analysis and feedback collection
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Enablement, Training, Customer Success, Partner Programs, or Revenue Enablement
  • Experience building learning programs for customer-facing or partner-facing teams
  • Proven ability to design structured onboarding and continuous learning programs
  • Strong instructional design and content development skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Programs
