Partner Success Engineer

Job Summary

Driving joint adoption and technical enablement, the full-time remote Partner Success Engineer will manage a portfolio of strategic infrastructure partners, focusing on deployment architecture, troubleshooting integrations, and facilitating growth in complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor and strategic owner for a portfolio of infrastructure partners, engaging with various stakeholders from developers to CTOs
• Own the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, and advocacy
• Lead joint technical validation through demos, workshops, and evaluations to ensure successful deployment of Deepgram models on partner infrastructure

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles with a strong technical focus, ideally 7+ years
• Hands-on experience running demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise partners or customers
• Fluency in discussing APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting L1-style issues
• Working understanding of deployment and infrastructure, including containers and orchestration
• Demonstrated success in identifying and landing expansion in complex enterprise or partner accounts
