Partner Success Engineer
Job Summary
Driving flawless partner integrations, the full-time Partner Success Engineer will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for technical partner success, ensuring API reliability and optimizing production processes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for technical partner success, managing onboarding and production optimization
- Ensure API reliability, performance, and compliance with SLAs across all external data feeds and integrations
- Establish proactive monitoring and automated alerting for data product health to preemptively resolve integration issues
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience focused on partner engineering or external API integration
- Deep expertise with REST/gRPC APIs, HTTP protocols, and authentication frameworks like OAuth 2.0
- Proven experience as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise partners on complex integrations
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-throughput event streaming architectures
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex systems and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
