Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support and training to partners through inbound inquiries
• Proactively reach out to partners and maintain regular communication
• Consultatively sell additional products and services while sharing best practices

Required Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience via phone and/or in-person
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Solid understanding of software and its use in a customer environment
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or the outdoor industry is helpful
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
