Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Lead to manage relationships with Community Partners and ensure their success throughout the partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all active Community Partners, overseeing onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Manage partner renewals and expansions, treating each renewal as an opportunity to deepen relationships
  • Facilitate connections and collaborations among partners to strengthen the community
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner success, customer success, account management, or related roles
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred
  • Experience managing renewals and discussing partnership value and scope
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and workstreams
  • Alignment with equity, inclusion, and community-centered practices
