Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Success Lead to manage relationships with Community Partners and ensure their success throughout the partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all active Community Partners, overseeing onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Manage partner renewals and expansions, treating each renewal as an opportunity to deepen relationships
- Facilitate connections and collaborations among partners to strengthen the community
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in partner success, customer success, account management, or related roles
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred
- Experience managing renewals and discussing partnership value and scope
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and workstreams
- Alignment with equity, inclusion, and community-centered practices
