Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key partners to drive mutual success
  • Act as the account owner for shared customers, driving adoption and revenue growth
  • Analyze partner performance data and deliver actionable insights to enhance adoption strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Mid-Market or Enterprise Customer Success
  • 1+ years of experience managing Partner Success relationships or large customer relationships
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize requests
  • Experience in FinTech or HR Tech is a plus
  • Experience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
