Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key partners to drive mutual success
- Act as the account owner for shared customers, driving adoption and revenue growth
- Analyze partner performance data and deliver actionable insights to enhance adoption strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Mid-Market or Enterprise Customer Success
- 1+ years of experience managing Partner Success relationships or large customer relationships
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize requests
- Experience in FinTech or HR Tech is a plus
- Experience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
