Partner Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to manage and enhance relationships with key ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with partners, serving as their primary point of contact
• Ensure operational excellence in service delivery and partner performance
• Coordinate cross-functionally to manage issues, changes, and escalations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner success, account management, operations, or vendor management
• Experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholders and levels
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and solve problems in real-time
• Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
• Familiarity with residential services operations in property management preferred but not required
