Partner Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to lead the technical, operational, and strategic enablement of their Partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Partner Success team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex partner integrations and serve as the primary escalation point for partner or technical issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementations or partner success within SaaS, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise with API integrations, technical troubleshooting, and system workflows
• Strong program and project management capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling operational processes
• Proficiency with CRM, ticketing, and collaboration tools
